Ok I love this place and come here often for pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. As a vegan it is great - they only use vegan butter and non dairy milks. Only thing that is disturbing to me about this place is the TVs on the wall that are on "food" channels which are often showing dismembering dead animals and cooking their flesh.
Food was exceptional, everything was great, their homemade rolled oats were excellent. Either the owner or the employees care, it was noticeable that people here were all about great everything. Will be back A LOT! Thank you.

Delicious in-house made pastries. Yummy sandwiches they nickname Sammich (so cute) & the food is made to order, fresh ingridients. Amazing options for ALL. vegan, gluten free, whole food, … smoothies, mudwater, snacks, meals…. If you leave unhappy you must just be miserable. Taz makes this cafe 5 stars. A 5 star employee greets every single person with the warmest of welcomes, is a vibrant positive energy every single time I visit this cafe! He is so informed of the points system & the menu. You can feel the difference when he isn’t here! That’s powerful energy. & Let me say EVERY staff member is amazing, hard working, and informed…. Rika, Aja, Giana, Cindy…. Omg so many awesome people but none that beat Taz— he is someone special! Beyond Taz, this cafe is a comfortable place to grab a quick bite, or linger a bit longer with company. I’ve seen all types of people come through from business chats, to romantic dates, to friendly meetups. Even a whole group of friends came to play a board game together! It was adorable and the space was the perfect destination to get yummy food, a drink and be with friends. They have a few tables with charging ports for laptop work— a huge YAY for a entrepreneur writer like me. If you’re not a fan of the vegas heat, their AC is on full blast and they even have overhead fans they turn on… sometimes it’s actually too chilly for me and I bring a sweater lol… that’s just because I get cold easy… so just a me problem. IN CONCLUSION, spend your money here. Support Bronze Cafe. Leave a tip for Taz, or any of their hardworking staff!! They are always on their toes, practically running the order out to people handing it directly to them saying thank you so much… EXCELLENCE ALL AROUND!!!
Im overflowing with gratitude that Bronze Cafe is still running and thriving in the heart of Las Vegas. G. & Taz were running everything this busy Thursday Evening and all with smiles on their faces. These 2 servers have always provided the BEST service by far. I’m writing this review as I’m enjoying a FREE meal due to their phenomenal reward system where every 200 points, you are capable of redeeming $20 off. For a busy philanthropist constantly meeting business owners in the Las Vegas Valley, Bronze Cafe will always be my go-to spot. They have vegan options for myself, and FILLING normal options for anyone else that doesn’t have dietary restrictions. To David, and the rest of the Bronze Cafe staff (cooks as well, I see you!) thank you for all that you do - but most importantly all that each of you are. If it wasn’t for great people to provide great service, Bronze Cafe would not be here to this day. Thank you. 🙏🏼
Best vegan sandwiches in Vegas! We came here twice on our trip and both times were fantastic. We tried 4 different pastries and they all were 10/10. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
