Been coming to Lee for the past 3 years. Coming to her is not only convenient but stress-free. She's sweet, kind, and is the master of nails to say the least. Her work is phenomenal and long lasting. I've recommended multiple new guest to her, which all resulted in returning clientele every-time. The salon she resides in is professional and very welcoming. I always grab some of the amazing refreshments and snacks they have at the front. You want high quality and a great service provider? This is the place to be!!!
Honestly didn’t expect much from a walk-in manicure, but the technician paid attention to every tiny detail. Even after cooking and cleaning all week, my nails still look freshly done.
We are traveling across the county. I needed to get my hair colored. I called and they were able to get me in quickly. Lana L was beyond exceptional. Coloring red hair is not easy and she nailed it.

Nail Tech Li does not respect customers time. I finally decided to get my nails done so I try setting up an appointment she says she can do Wednesday morning I agree then she sends me 2pm, Im confused that's not morning she apologizes then sets me up for 12pm. She texts me to push back my appointment 15 minutes, ok np except when I get there at 12:15 she's no where to be found. I text her I'm here, she texts back ok. So I'm waiting, and waiting I text her again. Now at 12:25 she texts she's eating.... At my appointment time? I'm waiting for her to eat. She doesn't seem to value her customers time, something I like most of us have very little of. I left and texted her, she sent me a sparky broken English message about me not coming in over a year... Which part of you offer a service and set appointments for a reason. You should be there on time ready to go to work. Her prices are not cheap and I've never had an issue paying. But if you don't respect customers time you won't keep them. I certainly will NEVER do business with her again!

Well, I guess i will never find out how good or bad this place is.
I am severely handicapped and sat in my mobility scooter for several minutes, hoping the Receptionist would finally notice me over her extremely high desk. After saying hello a couple times, she finally noticed me. She got completely flustered when I asked her if the salon could accommodate me in my scooter for a haircut and styling in 2 days. This was on a Wednesday and asked for a Friday appointment. When I told her I wasn't sure if I could transfer to a chair, she just looked completely lost. The she said if I would wash my hair before coming to my appointment. After her him- hawing around I finally told her I had to leave, because my transportation was going to be here. Then she suggested one person( who must be the only one in your salon) . After texting him, he informed he couldnt accommodate me, because he was leaving town on Friday. Mind you i have had many haircuts and lowlights in different salons, with never a problem. I only ask and mention my disability out of courtesy to the hairstylist.
NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE!7
She was really kind but I got charged full price and for the blow dry and I hate it. I like sat in my car and cried because it looks nothing like I asked. They cut above my chin and it is ugly.
1st pic is result, 2nd is before she cut it, last is what i asked for
I thiught shed at least offer to not charge for the blowdry since I told her I didn't like it, but I was wrong. I left after paying and just feel heartbroken and ugly before my 3 year anniversary celebration
