I have been dealing with this vet facility for over 6 years and have never had any issues with them.

My Vets name was Dr. Smith. She was excellent. Her bedside manner is impeccable. My baby had severe pain in her hind area, there were several concerns on the X-rays that might have required surgical intervention but Dr. Smith took the time and did her due diligence in sending everything for confirmation. In the end, she didn't end up needing the surgery thankfully. I am extremely grateful that they were thorough and didn't just treat her unnecessarily. They kept her overnight and monitored her in case she needed additional care. I feel like she really cared about my pets well-being and didn't just treat her like the next pet on her list. Thank you to everyone at Ann Road Animal hospital for the excellent care you provided for my best friend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life-Saving Care and Incredible Staff! I cannot thank the team at Ann Road Animal Hospital enough for saving my two dogs, Amy and Ripley. They ingested a highly toxic brownie containing chocolate and THC, and I was in an absolute panic. Not only was it a terrifying medical emergency, but I was also under extreme stress regarding upfront costs. The staff here treated us with nothing but compassion, urgency, and respect from the second we walked through the door. They didn't let financial panic get in the way of saving my pets' lives. They triaged my dogs immediately, stabilized them, and walked me through their options with zero judgment. Because of their fast acting, professional care, both of my dogs are alive, stable, and recovering beautifully at home today. If you are facing a pet emergency in North Las Vegas, do not hesitate to trust this clinic. They are true lifesavers!

Great hospital and good doctors. Wonderful staff. Sarah at the front desk is very helpful and attentive, great customer service, very kind girl. Dr. Wilson was wonderful. She took care of my dog Rexy and attended to him for many days after the surgery. She was the first doctor who truly cared and wanted to get to the root cause of the problem and fixed it. Thank you 🙏🏻
