Went for the IMAX movies so had to walk through, maybe it was because I was really humid out but the casino smelled terrible. Old stale smoke mixed with new and just old dust. We didn’t stay after the movie

On 29 July my car was hit by another guest and security let them go. They did gather her information but refused to provide it me ... they said I have to contact risk management and that can take 24-48 hrs. I asked why they didn't find me they said they couldn't locate me. They could have paged me or looked me up in the system as I was playing with my rewards card. Seems very suspicious to me why they allowed the other driver to leave....security protocol sucks and when I asked to speak to the GM some female approached me in a very condescending manner ....not a very customer service friendly approach. We have been coming here for over 12 years and never was treated in the manner as we were today....Boyds risk management reached out to me today and informed me they cannot provide me the other drivers info...which security at aliante said they would...liars

Great hotel! Friendly staff, rooms were very nice and the food was delicious.
